Now everyone nose  that for a magic spell to work, it has to be like a poem, with rhythm, and of course, it has to rhyme. But oh! Making a poem that rhymes is sooo difficult!!!

Take heart, my witchy friend! Here is an easy peasy lemon squeezy simple little poem and poetry exercise in rhythm and rhyme that will help you rhyme with the best in no time at all.

The original poem "Oceans of Energy" came about because I had to write a course on energy healing for animals and it was such a vast subject, such a big task, that I felt lost. I needed an inspiration.

In these moments, I turn to my energy mind for help and I said, "Give me something to understand energy, what it means, what it is, and how we can use it ..."

The result was this poem, exactly how it stands, no changes, no edits, and this poem then went on to also become the spirit and dedication for EMO energy magic, as well as the title for the first book on EMO which is also called Oceans of Energy.

Brightness rains - read it, but it works best if you stand up and speak it, evoke the energies yourself and feel the change this healing poem brings.

Using paranormal data streaming or chanelling techniques for every day purposes is a great way to practice paranormal abilities and get other benefits!

I've always been rather good at channelling things. 

That's a term you might use to describe "letting a stream of data from the energy mind enter your conscious awareness", or simply "streaming" for short. 

I've recently been working on a site related to "healing" and it was then I started to think about all the healing applications of Project Sanctuary, and what we should call PS style healing.

The closest match is really shamanic healing; that's the only thing which brings in the concept of travelling in other realities and interacting personally with the events and existences you find there.
