Welcome To Project Sanctuary! White Dragons flying to Pertineri Image

Welcome To Project Sanctuary:

Infinite Creativity Made Real.

Project Sanctuary is a process whereby we take the natural powers of human imagination to create worlds orĀ habitats. In other words, you become the creator of worlds such as in Lord of the Rings, Game of Thrones and StarTrek, rather than remain a mere consumer. Further, we then step inside those worlds, activate our 6 senses to create an autogenic presence there and have adventures and experiences there which teach us many things.

While we have these adventures which we callĀ games, we learn by immersion about how to communicate with our energy mind.

We learn theĀ language of metaphor, we become smarter, and weĀ evolve.

Every normal human being has the capacity for fantasy and autogenic reality creation - it's normal and natural, and the wellspring of all creativity. Project Sanctuary puts you in control of your creativity and allows you to make wonderful things.

You can also use Project Sanctuary for every aspect of human endeavour - for sex, for healing, for creativity, for problem solving, for therapy, for personal development, for magic, for spirituality, for fun, for pleasure, for profit and for every day life.

Since it was first released in 1993, Project Sanctuary has astonished ordinary people and experts alike with its wonderful directness, simplicity and the joy it brings when you find out thatĀ you are not alone, but you really do have a supermind -Ā the energy mindĀ - and it is ready and willing to help you live a rich and wonderful life.

Learn to playĀ The Game In Space and TimeĀ that has no limits, no boundaries, no frontiers and that belongs to you by rights.

For more in depth information on PS theory, please see Project Sanctuary In A Nutshell.

Oceans Of Energy - The Poem

Oceans Of Energy - The Poem

The original poem "Oceans of Energy" came about because I had to write a course on energy healing for animals and it was such a vast subject, such a big task, that I felt lost. I needed an inspiration.

In these moments, I turn to my energy mind for help and I said, "Give me something to understand energy, what it means, what it is, and how we can use it ..."

The result was this poem, exactly how it stands, no changes, no edits, and this poem then went on to also become the spirit and dedication for EMO energy magic, as well as the title for the first book on EMO which is also called Oceans of Energy.

Chronicles Of Riddick

I am delighted to hear that a fourth movie from the Riddick universe is on the cards (or a third, if you don't count the animated one). The Chronicles of Riddick wasn't well received when it was first released in 2004, but I think it's an excellent movie for a number of reasons.

I Am The Wind - Personification Exercise

I Am The Wind - Personification Exercise

Poetry personification is a wonderful thing - as old as shamans dancing, "becoming" the bear, the horse, the eagle and in so doing, taking a different point of view, taking a different perspective, learning something important, having an amazing experience. Personification exercises are amongst the most interesting poetry exercises there are - by all means, have a go! This is mine today, I enjoyed writing it, and I hope you enjoy reading the personification poem "I am the wind" :-)

Laura Ingalls Poetry Exercise

Laura Ingalls Poetry Exercise

For many years now, I have routinely recommended Laura Ingall's "Little House On The Prairie" as THE book to choose for people who want to learn to read properly - like a proper reader would, not sounding out words on a string but stepping into an alternate reality where you feel, see, hear and EXPERIENCE the story. The reason for this is that Laura Ingalls used to describe the world to her blind sister Mary and thus became an expert at "making the world come to life" for another person in as few words as possible. If, as a writer of poetry or a writer in general, you would like to make it easy for your readers to step into YOUR reality, then Laura Ingalls is the perfect model for this.

Here is a simple poetry exercise based on Laura Ingalls and her unique experiences.

Poetry Exercise Sylvia Plath Creative Flow

Poetry Exercise Sylvia Plath Creative Flow

This poetry exercise from 2003 has helped lots of people "get into the flow" of writing poetry that doesn't come from the thinking mind since it was first published. A very useful poetry exercise that goes way beyond "just writing poetry" and every time I do this, I am again and again amazed at the wonderful sensations that come when visions, feelings, images and energies simply stream into your mind, and through your fingertips onto the keyboard. Highly recommended!

EvP & PS Memory Enrichment - My Father Hates Me

EvP & PS Memory Enrichment - My Father Hates Me

People who know how to play Project Sanctuary well have a huge competitive advantage when it comes to psychology and counselling -

  • not only do they understand metaphors,
  • how to use metaphors correctly,
  • when to use them and when not to use them;
  • are able to discern if a metaphor is structurally sound,
  • and where or if there are problems
  • as well as how to solve them;

... but they are also aware just how one EVOLVES the metaphor or as we prefer to call it, THE STORY, so that a person may experience a threshold shift.

These are very valuable skills indeed under any circumstance, but especially so when it comes to Events Psychology memory enrichment, and of course, installation of "absent events" or missing events.

Here is a wonderful example and case story about a man who thought "My father hates me ..."

Conversation With A Child

Conversation With A Child

The scene:

One very basic wooden hut which contains a small fireplace, one window, a door, a small rough bed, plank floors.

On the bed, we have a dishevelled man of about 30 years of age, long, untidy, greasy dark hair, stubble beard, curled up facing towards the wall with his arms around his shoulders.

Sitting on the side of the bed, we have one child, 4 1/2 years old, with a puppy sleeping at her feet. She holds a plain metal cup which contains water and some bits of leaves she thought to add to make a healing soup for him.

Outside, the afternoon is advancing.

Welcoming The Spirit Of The Story Teller

Welcoming The Spirit Of The Story Teller

Telling stories is one thing, and writing them down so they become a "short story" or a "novella" or a "novel" is another thing altogether. I don't think I fully realised that until just now, and I think that is an important step forward.

Writing for a living and being a story teller are quite distinct things.

One the one hand, there is the format; fashions decide how a story should be "presented" to the "target market" and that reflects not only in the language used, and the word count aspired to, but also in many other ways onto the story, re-shapes it, makes it into this other thing.

Being a story teller, one may free oneself from all of that.
