The Frog Of Confusion - Fun & Games In Metaphor World

The Frog Of Confusion - Fun & Games In Metaphor World

Metaphors are a fine thing, and breakthrough healing metaphors that can cause an instant world expansion in a lightning strike are even finer. Let's have more of those! :-)

Once upon a time one of my aspects had a client, an older woman who sat down on the sofa and, without being asked, immediately started to wail, "I live in a constant fog of confusion!"

My aspect said, "That's weird, I've never heard that before."

Client, confused, "What do you mean?"

Aspect: "A frog of confusion?"

Client (has some kind of epileptic fit, then starts laughing, can't stop laughing ...)

That was pretty much it. Session over.

However, the frog of confusion has been with us ever since. Of course I told the story immediately to friends and family, and this led to the frog of confusion being referenced, on many occasions.

Just now someone mentioned it afresh, and this time, at least 20 years after it first arrived, this recent aspect made the comment that all it would take would be a single kiss, and the frog of confusion would turn into the very grateful prince of enlightenment.

PS: The frog of confusion is also a Star Story - one of those where my dear Energy Mind sent exactly the right thing at the right time for the right person and created a Star Event - for the client, and of course for my own aspect. See playing Project Sanctuary/SuperMind pays off. You create those pathways and then your dear EM gets to send you these ideas that you could never ever have figured out consciously. That's what PS/SuperMind is for. Those special moments when you get to say the rights words at the right time. Among so many other things :-)

Client handing a practitioner a metaphor on a plate and it's a frog of confusion haha

This is an illustration from the Modern Energy Tapping Pro manual.

The client hands the practitioner "a metaphor on a plate."

Which is the invitation to start working in metaphor land, because that's where the problem is located.

I am amused to notice that I chose the frog of confusion to illustrate that point!
